Answer: Our recurring cleaning service includes a comprehensive range of tasks tailored to keep your home spotless. Generally, our services include dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, cleaning kitchens (including countertops, sinks, and appliances), sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, and sinks), and emptying trash bins. How often can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Answer: You can schedule our recurring cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We tailor our frequency options to suit your lifestyle, ensuring your home remains clean and inviting. If you need a different schedule, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?
Answer: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a small fee. We're here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
How do I prepare for my cleaning service?
Answer: To prepare for our cleaning service, please tidy up personal items such as clothing, toys, and valuables. t’s best if you also declutter all surfaces before the cleaner(s) arrive. This will help you to get the best possible result, as your cleaner(s) may not be able to fully clean a cluttered area or know where you keep your personal items. If you have pets, we recommend securing them in a safe area.

We are a Pet-friendly company. We do ask you to keep them somewhere safe and out of the way while the cleaners are there, especially if you won't be at the house for everyone's safety and the pet's well-being.
